More fun with photoshop!

I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing when I start a project but I am loving messing around with Photoshop!  Only one problem, when I view .jpg pictures everything that is supposed to be white is more of an eggshell.  I don't have that problem when I view pictures on facebook or pictures shot in raw.  I'm having fun anyways.  Here are my recent projects...the edited ones are on the right.  They aren't perfect and I wasn't going for that, I was just messing around...
