I'm currently reading a book by Anne Doyle entitled Powering Up: How America's Women Achievers Become Leaders. I'm only part way through but here is a quote that has hit me hard.
Basically, the world will eliminate you if you are not qualified or right for the job. However, if we as women eliminate ourselves first (such as...I don't have enough experience or I'm not sure I'm good enough for that job...) then we've already taken ourselves out of the running!

Love it! I'm reading the book too. So great. Could you change the colors for me from purple and orange to blue and orange? I'd love to use it in my campaign literature
