Reality Check

I'm supposed to be in bed...I wake up in 5 hours, early morning practice.  I was just trying to learn how to use my adidas trainer I got.  I figured it out and the results are a little scary.  My resting heart rate is 120.  A "normal" range is 60-100 and that is being reconsidered.  Healthy is nothing over 90.  Oh man.


A few minutes later................
Ok, I was doing something wrong.  My resting heart rate is 68.  Whew.
